CHG1013083 is suspended. The reason being: Gitlab CI template for the new dependency scanner doesn't align with our current security policy workflow on open MR. Before a better solution is worked out, the change will be suspended. Required files for JAVA and Python will still be needed for the new dependency scanner, but just not urgently. I will post updates when the migration is about to resume. Thank you!
